1.ORDER & BOOKING

We will place the order as per your requirements including quality, quantity and type of products. We then close the booking and the supplier will arrange freights according to the order.

2.REVIEWING DOCUMENTS

We review all necessary documents including packing list, commercial invoice and other essential information for customs.

3.PACKAGING AND PREPARATION

The goods are packaged appropriately for transit, ensuring they are protected from damage.
Labels are attached with necessary information, including the destination address and any special handling instructions.

4.CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Export Clearance: The supplier’s freight forwarder or agent handles export customs formalities, ensuring compliance with export regulations.

Import Clearance: Your freight forwarder or agent handles import customs formalities, ensuring compliance with import regulations in the destination country. This involves submitting necessary documents and paying duties and taxes.

5.FINAL DELIVERY & TRANSPORT

The shipment is tracked throughout its journey. The goods are delivered to your specified destination. Delivery may involve final unloading and handling at our warehouse or directly to the end customer.
